Camille is an outstanding UX/UI designer who makes the complex process of a website or app redesign feel easy! We collaborated on the rebuild of the Rise Up website, transforming it into both a brand showcase for a learning tech innovator and a powerful demand-generation engine. She was deeply committed to realising our vision, constantly challenging assumptions, and introducing fresh ideas to keep the site aligned with evolving trends. Thanks to her expertise and drive, we delivered on time and with a result we’re proud of.

Overview

Rise Up was expanding internationally and needed a marketing website that clearly communicated its value to a global audience of HR managers, L&D leaders, and digital learning managers. The existing website wasn’t supporting this growth. It lacked clarity, scalability, and a strong user experience, creating friction for both prospective clients and internal teams.

Audit

  • Unclear value proposition Visitors struggled to quickly understand Rise Up’s unique selling points (USPs).
  • Poor navigation Content was buried under a confusing structure, making it hard to find relevant information.
  • Lack of transparency Pricing and feature details weren’t clearly presented, creating distrust.
  • Technical constraints The site had to work seamlessly within HubSpot, limiting layout and interaction options.
  • Inconsistent visuals No digital design system existed, leading to inconsistent brand representation across marketing materials.

📌 Next Steps

The website redesign was only the first step in Rise Up’s digital transformation. To help them fully leverage the new design, I continued working with the team on two strategic missions:

Creative Production

Designed static visuals and 2D animated videos to elevate the website experience and support marketing campaigns. These assets aligned closely with the new brand and helped communicate Rise Up’s innovative features more dynamically.

Website Design Guide

Developed a clear, actionable Website Design Guide for marketing and web teams. This resource ensures the site remains user-friendly, consistent, and optimized, even as new content and pages are added.
